Citera Tech was founded by Cigdem Demirel after twenty years leading large international energy projects and PMOs, in grid, renewable energy and R&D.

Citera began as a working lab: tools built hands-on to learn what AI genuinely changes in project delivery. That lab became the product.

The name carries the mission. Collective Intelligence, for Terra: helping people do big, good things together.
